I am Muhammad Saad, a Pakistani Biotechnology professional with hands-on laboratory experience in molecular biology, microbiology, plant tissue culture, PCR-based techniques, DNA extraction and quantification, cancer genomics, and reproductive biotechnology.
My practical training has given me exposure to both research-oriented and applied laboratory environments, where I have developed strong skills in laboratory procedures, aseptic techniques, sample handling, molecular analysis, documentation, and laboratory maintenance.
My expertise includes PCR, gel electrophoresis, DNA extraction and quantification, strain isolation and characterization, plant culturing and callus growth, as well as advanced reproductive biotechnology techniques including oocyte handling, oocyte maturation and fertilization, embryo culture and assessment, micromanipulation, cryopreservation, pipette handling, microscope operation, media preparation, and laboratory maintenance.
I have also completed professional training in Real-Time PCR applications in Life Sciences, DNA extraction and quantification, and Cancer Genomics, along with participation in an international conference on emerging trends in Biological Sciences.
As a biotechnology professional, I am highly motivated to work in an environment where I can apply my practical laboratory skills, continue developing my scientific expertise, and contribute meaningfully to research and innovation. I am particularly interested in opportunities with biotechnology companies, molecular biology laboratories, research institutes, agricultural biotechnology organizations, genomics laboratories, pharmaceutical and life-science companies, and reproductive biotechnology/embryology laboratories.
