1. ABSTRACT
This report presents a summary of my internship experience at FonGrow IVF laboratory. The internship provided practical exposure to laboratory procedures, quality standards, and reproductive technologies used in assisted reproduction. During this period, I observed and participated in routine laboratory activities under the guidance of experienced professionals.
The training enhanced my understanding of reproductive biology, including the identification of different breeds, sperm production and utilization mechanisms, Oocytes handling, fertilization procedure, embryo culture, and laboratory workflow. I also gained experience in laboratory documentation, sample management, equipment handling, and quality control practices. Furthermore, I completed trial projects that strengthened my practical skills and understanding of laboratory techniques.
The internship provided valuable hands-on experience and helped connect theoretical knowledge with practical applications. It contributed to the development of technical competencies, professional ethics, teamwork, and a deeper understanding of reproductive and IVF laboratory operations.
